Printing (or not printing) the Web page Background in
Internet Explorer
| So you want to save that precious ink and not
print the webpage background image while viewing pages in Internet
Explorer. I don't blame you, ink can get rather expensive! Or maybe you
would like to print that beautiful background on this page, but then not
print background images on other pages. Well, here's how you do it. I wish
it was easier but it can be done. |
| First you have to open up your IE browser and
get to the Internet Options dialog box. On your browser menu bar, go to
"Tools", then down to "Internet Options..." and then
click on it. |
|

|
| In the Internet Options box, select the
"Advanced" tab and scroll down to the Printing options. To print
the background, make sure the box is checked. If you don't want to print
the background, make sure the box is not checked. Pretty easy, right?! |
