The Personal Business Card!

| My sister and brother-in-law were having their first baby, and we wanted
to help make this a special occasion. I fired up the old computer
and designed a business card style announcement for the birth of their new
son. I shipped it off to Grandma, and needless to say all 100 cards got
passed out. It was a humorous little card with all the vital
information that a father usually forgets in all the excitement! And
it was much healthier to pass out than cigars! |
Word of Mouth brought in More Orders...

| Well, as soon as others saw this little business card, I began getting
inquiries for birth announcement cards...and cards for other
personal events. Thus began Steve Maurer Publications (originally called QuickCard Publishing)...and
our Flagship product, the Personal Business Card or PBC, as we like
to call it. PBC's can be made for any event or reason that is important to
you. From the original birth announcement came cards for kid's summer
jobs, odd-job and handyman cards, cards for handing out at job interviews,
and small business start-ups. Your only limit is your imagination... |
| We've created cards for just about any event and reason you can think
of. We create tickets for events, hobby clubs and fan ID cards, and
personal information cards for individuals. Are you moving? Ask about
our change of address cards. Did you change your phone number? Let
them know with a Personal Business Card from Steve Maurer Publications . You don't have to buy
thousands of cards... We deal mainly in orders of less than 500,
although larger orders are welcome. Our smallest order is 30 cards and the
average card order is between 100 and 250. The cards are sized just like
professional cards, 2 by 3½ inch, and are hand cut from white, 110 weight
card stock. We print using black or colored ink. Colored, lighter weight
paper is available for tickets, black ink only. Tickets are usually made
in a 2 X 4 inch format.
From those early beginnings, small publications for friends and
family, we developed into the publishing business we are today. And we are
