Free Stuff / Fun Stuff

This is the part of our site where we get to "let our hair down" a bit (not that Steve has THAT much hair!). Jokes, quotes, laffs and gaffs are the order of the day. And now we're offering our Email Primer eBook for free!

There are also some "freebies" here (check out the free greeting card page" for instance. As we find links to good freeware and shareware, we will post them on the software page.

(Note here: If it is "shareware", you can try it before you buy it. If you like it and intend to keep on using it, PLEASE pay the registration fee. They are usually not that much and it helps support some of the best programmers on the Net. They work hard to bring us the best, least expensive software available. Be a good Netizen!)

Quotes for today:

Nothing in the world can take the place of persistence.
Talent will not; nothing is more common than unsuccessful men with talent. Genius will not; un-rewarded genius is almost a proverb. Education will not; the world is full of educated derelicts. Persistence and determination alone are omnipotent. - Calvin Coolidge

He who asks is a fool for five minutes, but he who does not ask remains a fool forever. -Chinese proverb
Less Quotable Quotes:

If you can't be kind, at least have the decency to be vague.

Never buy a car you can't push...

Eat a live toad in the morning and nothing worse will happen to you for the rest of the day. (tried it...they're right!)

Latin Quotus of the Dayus:

Quantum materiae materietur marmota monax si marmota monax materiam possit materiari?

(How much wood would a woodchuck chuck if a woodchuck could chuck wood?)
